Concept

Beside the murmur of the river
and the footsteps of deer.

A small café on the bank of the Saho River, just a short walk from Shin-Omiya Station. Through large windows and a wooden-deck terrace, watch the river and greenery change with the seasons. Just as the deer wander this town at their own pace, time here moves slowly too.

Built around a menu of Yamato tea and fruit from local farms, in a bright, open space — spend an unhurried morning in the light, through to a lunch carried on the river breeze.
